Hey, did you fill out all the required sections to make your character?
 
i already made a char this isnt my first time playing i loaded in and it said this
 
Was your character there when you loaded in? It may not have saved if it wasn’t.
 
Make a report in game in your F8 menu and see what they could do for you.
 
Try putting “report Stuck in character menu. Need a force relog.” No /. If no-one answers you, just let me know.
