Do you have any proof of being whitelisted or paying for whitelist before? This could be a transaction or confirmation email or even a screenshot of your previous account being whitelisted within the Discord. If so please drop screenshots of them and I’ll forward this to a higher up. If not, you’ll need to purchase whitelist in order to play the server again. I completely understand but without proof of you previously having whitelisted on your previous account, we unfortunately can’t transfer it to your new one. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
