how can i change my char too a illegal civ? and if i cant do that can i join a illegal civ group if my char came in as a gang member?

Also, you can't be a gang member and be an illegal civ, you'd have to choose either or.

how do i chnage it i didnt mean too choose it and i really dont wanna make another char cus i built up lots of rp in this one

No such thing as being a gang char and not being in a gang. You're either a civ, illegal civ or faction member. Now if you're looking to become a illegal civ, be my guest and read the R.O.E given for illegal civs and post your thread. Otherwise I am confused about what you're talking about in this sentence.
