Once you have purchased your whitelist from Tebex, please make sure you have the whitelisted role in the Discord.
After confirming your whitelist status, be sure to sync your roles by visiting the following link:

This step is important to ensure you have the correct permissions and access in the community.
If you are continuing to to have the same problem and you do not have your whitelist still. On either the forum or discord
Please provide your 1. Tebex Transaction ID
2. the email & discord used during checkout so we can verify your whitelist or prio.
