Hello there, have you tried connecting your forums to your discord?
 
The roles should sync if you have it connected. If its not connecting, it may take a little time to sync
 
Please give it 24-48 hours, sometimes the syncing can take longer due to high traffic at this time, if the problem is still occuring after that time, please make another ticket.
