Disconnect and reconnect your discord to your forums so that the roles sync, it may take a couple of tries but it will eventually work. As far as female role you will have to join our civilian cord and go through a female verification process. This cord is located in the useful-servers tab...

@iamcylo Disconnect and reconnect your discord to your forums and it should sync. If it doesn't work on the first try do it a couple times. If the issue continues make another support ticket and we will attempt to manually apply your forums roles.
