Unfortunately there is no way to upgrade your prio by sending anything extra, all purchases are final. Priority does stack so you are able to purchase more prio if you wanted to, hopefully this helped.

Unfortunately you deleted this character so there's nothing we can do to bring it back without taking the entire server back from a previous save date bringing everyone's progress back just to retrieve your character.

Disconnect and reconnect your discord to your forums so that the roles sync, it may take a couple of tries but it will eventually work.
As far as female role you will have to join our civilian cord and go through a female verification process. This cord is located in the useful-servers tab...
@iamcylo Disconnect and reconnect your discord to your forums and it should sync. If it doesn't work on the first try do it a couple times. If the issue continues make another support ticket and we will attempt to manually apply your forums roles.
Please just make a refund request with any proof of assets lost, dealing with this matter will not be a priority for our dev team so to speed things up just make a refund request.

It would be faster for you to make a refund request for any assets lost with this character. I noticed that you've already created another char with the same name so if you have any proof of what assets you had before hand I would be happy to refund that for you.

As mentioned in announcements previously priority does stack so when multiple priority passes are purchased there are absolutely no refunds, please take your time when performing transactions in the future. There is nothing we can do about this situation, sorry for any inconvenience.
