The issue is caused by the Discord and queue system being overloaded due to the large number of players trying to connect.
When this is fixed your prio points will be reinstated.

It will take around an hour to fix itself out.
Note: When the prio points are reinstated, you will have to leave the queue and enter the queue again, so the points will apply.
