Apologize if I placed this in the incorrect forums, as I tried creating a thread in the other. So this is suppose to be a court appeal, upon my arrest I was illegally detained and put into a squad vehicle without getting any statement from my side while I was the victim unconscious at the scene. Then when asked to pull up camera, obviously thats not something that could occur within that timely matter, but for the officer to state that there's no camera in a location with multiple establishment upon most of them having atm's is not realistic especially in the state of NY. Regardless, the officer then didn't check if I needed medical assistance which is another thing that occurred that was unproper as I was the victim at the scene. Then he proceeds to violate many other rights such as,
1. no rights read. then sentence to jail while still not being read rights
2. underage being sent to prison without proper procedure
3. Didn't notify parents after given name and information which was ignore.

Same way I did my time in jail for this "RP" I would want it reciprocated back in "RP" with proper court and all that is to come. Such as a lawyer, court date, etc, to fulfill the RP. Don't want anyone banned for this or anything not that big of a deal just want to proceed with this the way it should in RP

After reviewing the situation in full, it’s clear that there were multiple procedural oversights during the interaction. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused, especially given the seriousness of the roleplay context.

Unfortunately, however, due to the number of issues present and in order to maintain the integrity of roleplay moving forward, the scene will be voided. No punishments will be issued, as this appears to have resulted from miscommunication and procedural mistakes rather than intentional wrongdoing. All parties involved will be spoken to accordingly to prevent similar situations in the future.

Thank you again for your understanding and for approaching this situation with a focus on roleplay rather than administrative action.
