When you purchase WL connect your tebex to your discord for your roles to sync, after your roles sync to your discord head over to https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts/ and link your discord to your forums. At this time, I will be closing this thread but do these steps and remake a support if the issue occurs.
FYI: You may have to link your discord to your tebex more than once and link your discord to your forums multiple times for roles to sync
