Be sure your discord and your forums account are connected.

Be sure to connect and disconnect the association 2-3 times.
It can take a couple of hours for your discord and your forums to sync together.
Note: Make sure your Discord account has the correct roles and also make sure to connect the correct discord to your forum account, otherwise they will not transfer over properly.

the email i sent that i bought the wl with is different as my forums email , does that matter

It should be the same or it might tell you this message when trying to connect "The email address linked to this Discord account belongs to another member's account on The Towns Roleplay. Please log into that The Towns Roleplay account to associate with Discord.
