It can take up to 24-48 hours for roles to be distributed. An easy way to ensure your purchased Tebex roles transfer correctly and quickly to Discord and then to the forums would be to follow these steps:
Step 1: Link Tebex to Discord
After purchasing a package on Tebex, ensure your Discord account is linked during checkout.
Join our Discord Server if you haven't already.
Wait a few minutes for Tebex to assign your role automatically.
Step 2: Sync Discord Roles to the Forums here: https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts//
Click: Disassociate next to Discord (if already linked).
Reconnect: Associate your Discord account again to sync your roles properly.
