I tried to have such thread posted under the refund section but was unable to.
On 6/10/2025, out of the blue my vehicles were not appearing in my spawner list (/v list), I then reached out opening a ticket in-game regarding the matter but was rather never responded to. I expressed such frustration to a staff member who I personally reached out to, and it was said that they brought it to management, though I'm hereby ALSO putting in a notice about it.
I spent a good bit of in-city money to those vehicles, and not for me to just lose them out of the blue. Unfortunately, I don't have proof of the vehicles being in my garage/vehicle list due to me not expecting to experience such issue. I tried and hoped that it would've been fixed after storms, and even to the point where I restarted my computer various of times, which was unsuccessful, and the issue remained.
Nevertheless, I have a friend of mines who's within the server's administration team (Itgirl) that could possibly vouch for one of the vehicles I had in possession, since it was given to me on her behalf, whereby I had placed in my garage.
