Hello, that’s unfortunate that your character got deleted at this time developers are at a high work load at the moment and pulling back a character will not be their priority at this time, so I advise you to just make a refund request with any proof of assets lost, dealing with this matter will not be a priority for our dev team so to speed things up just make a refund request.
