Archived Bought Diamond Prio Don't have roles?

How long does it take to get roles when you buy prio cause i just brought diamond prio and i don't have the roles yet.

Hello, it can take up to a couple of hours or less for the roles to be given to you, it just has to go through your bank and tebex.
Your roles have been issued to you though.
