i dont have the order number but contact me on discord and i can show the previous purchase where it says 70 dollars for the silver pass on cashapp

Okay, thank you for providing this information.
The way it works, is that after purchasing the prio, it will self-apply to your account.
I suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your discord and forums, to get the role instated on your account, if that doesn't work, I will forward this over to management and the role can be applied manually

Be sure to connect and disconnect the association 2-3 times.

Alright I connected and disconnected the association about 10 times, nothing so I made sure all the right accounts were connected and they were, so I restarted my pc and still no prio.
