need to change from illegal civ to regular civ please!

I will see if this is possible as this is what the character creation menu was mad for to stop people from switching from one to another. @zarty @Annoying

You can switch your lifestyle by just roleplaying, I don't think anyone got accepted into the scheme yet. You should be fine and have access to do whatever, the menu screen means nothing in actual roleplay. Just an information sheet
