Hi, @Tec, how long has it been since you purchased your whitelist? An easy way to ensure your purchased Tebex roles transfer correctly to Discord and then to the forums is to follow these steps:

Step 1: Link Tebex to Discord

1. After purchasing a package on Tebex, ensure your Discord account is linked during checkout.
2. Join our Discord Server if you haven't already.
3. Wait a few minutes for Tebex to assign your role automatically.

Step 2: Sync Discord Roles to the Forums

1. Visit: Connected Accounts
2. Click: Disassociate next to Discord (if already linked).
3. Reconnect: Associate your Discord account again to sync your roles properly.

Roles have been administered. To receive the roles on the forums, you have to disconnect and reconnect your discord.
