As stated on tebex there is a no refund policy, so unfortunately you won't be able to recieve a refund, the only place it shows n4queue is when you are connecting to the server and this is to show what queue system is used. Since you purchased the queue system, you won't be able to recieve any prio and if you want to obtain prio it will have to be purchased on the correct website
