No necessarily , it depends on your bank and how long it takes for tebex to verify the purchase. It can take up to a few hours.
 
No problem. Has the role still not yet been applied?

If not please provide your Discord name , tebex transaction ID and your email address. (I did not find a user by trillmoney in discord to check)
 
They where applied in discord roles but when i got in line the points where at 0. my discord is @trill74

Ahh okay, yea there is an issue where when everyone trys to connect at these high volume times at restart it breaks the queue bot so everyones point are 0 until the bot fixes itself which is usually an hour or so after restart. Its an issues we are all experiencing even staff as well.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Your roles are applied however so you should be good to go. Please make another support if needed.
