Hello there, you may be experiencing this right now because the server is in maintenance mode as of this moment. Or has this been a ongoing issue for days?
 
When the server is live again, could you please attach a image to the error you are receiving so i could assist you? Or do you have the error your getting right now? If you do please send it so I can help you.

L/A please make a new thread if you experience not connecting, but I’m pretty sure you meant you couldn’t join cause the server is down.
