any chance yall can give me my data from my other char and add it to my new char I had to make an new char I have not started anything yet I got an new PC with better specs and signed into all the same info but my char's are gone I would really appreciate that I alr have lots of RP build on my char I got all clips and proof this is my char on my stream vods
 
The developers may be able to pull your character back but you might have to give them some time due to other high demands needing deving in the server at this time. Below can you provide me with the following:

  • Character Name :
  • Character Slot :

Please just make a refund request with any proof of assets lost, dealing with this matter will not be a priority for our dev team so to speed things up just make a refund request.
