In the meantime, attempt to connect your discord with your tebex to sync your roles to your discord. Thank you.

You attempted to connect your discord to your tebex account? If so you may have to disconnect and do it multiple times before it connects to your discord, as I said in the meantime attempt this but it is not promised. Give the management team a moment to review this and I will forward it.

Disconnect and reconnect your discord to your forums so that the roles sync, it may take a couple of tries but it will eventually work. You have roles on discord L/A
