Hello @Isthattko if you are whitelisted via discord in the Town Roleplay all you simply have to do is head over https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts/ and connect your discord! Sometimes you may have to connect and disconnect it but eventually you will receive the roles via forums, if this does not work you may open up another support ticket and a member of the support team will love to attempt to assist you again!
