Be sure your discord and your forums account are connected.
Here is the link to where you connect your discord to your forums: https://thetownsroleplay.com/account/connected-accounts/
Be sure to connect and disconnect the association 2-3 times.
It can take a couple of hours for your discord and your forums to sync together.
Note: Make sure your Discord account has the correct roles, otherwise it won't connect properly.
 
When following those steps above it will give you whitelist on discord.
Those steps are usually completed before purchasing whitelist, so it will automatically be given to you.
 
I will forward this over to management, as they can manually give you the role.
Note: While awaiting assistance from management, please continue attempting to connect and reconnect, as the role may not assign immediately
