I purchased a while ago 4/26. I never got whitelisted. I'm in the discord but don't see support.
Any help for next steps?

Please make sure that you have connected your discord and your forums account. This can be done here:

Also, make sure that you have connected and disconnected your account 2-3 times.

It's connected, it's still not saying i'm whitelisted. It says the server is private.

Sometimes it takes a while for the roles to sync, after giving it a couple minutes to sync proceed to use;

you have roles on discord. please make sure that your discord is connected to your forums account. If your roles on the forums haven't updated go ahead and disconnect and reconnect your account to see if it does update, if this doesn't work make another support request on the forums.
