Archived Normal civ or illegal civ question

Is there a way to check/change what type of civ you are far as the level system goes because I'm supposed to be a illegal civ but i think when i was making my char i accidently pick a regular civ so when i level up i get regular cash not dirty money, please tell me y'all can change it on y'all end or something.

This XP System is created for the trajectory of what character you want to make, from illegal civilian, to normal civilian, to a faction member.

The only way to switch your civilian type is by making a new character and picking the new option you would like.

is it possible to get my things transfer over like my car money and name, and my level or i would have to restart everything. possible ask a higher up if it cool cause im deadass not trying start all this shit over from a simple mistake.
