Also, make sure that you have connected and disconnected your account 2-3 times.
Once you finish that, press F8 and paste "Connect 209.237.141.150"
There also may be some queue glitches stating that you are not whitelisted. However, this is not the case and you can attempt to reconnect again.
About the female role, open a female verification ticket here: https://discord.gg/Y4Gfgk5J and drop your forums profile link.
