Hi, thanks for your purchase! Please provide your tebex transaction id as well as the email and Discord you used when purchasing. Also, how long had it been since you made the purchase?
 
If the purchase was made within the last 24 hours, please allow a little time for the process to administer the roles. Although it’s usually instant, with the influx of people purchasing prio it sometimes can get delayed. I’ll leave this open just incase you still don’t receive it within the allotted time.
 
That is a current bug within the queue system during the more popular restarts that our Developers and Management are working hardly to fix. The points usually show back up within a hour after the restart.
