When attempting to connect to the server you must have steam open while loading into the server and your discord, if you do not have either open.. open them. If this problem continues to occur close both your discord, steam, and fivem with task manager and relaunch all of them and attempt to again, after these steps you should be able to load in with no issues. NOW, if this continues to happen after these solutions clear your fivem cache! Thank you for the support and Happy Roleplaying!
